Hello everybody,

I am currently trying to setup some tests based on gwt-test-utils. My application is a gwt based application and is running on the app engine.

Since I am the only developper and that I have a heavy schedule, I planned to test the full stack of the application in the first steps. I already have been able to test the gwt application side, but I have exception when calling the RPC.

I don't have my code with me as now, and I will be able to provide details later in the day. However, my questions are:

 - Is it a good practice to test the whole stack, or it would be much better to split the server side and client side? My goal is to secure the server side application, thus I could only write Junits tests for the server side, but if the gwt-test-utils can test the whole stack, I believe it's even better in my case.
 - What are the pros and cons for both solutions?
 - Is there any tutorials showing how to setup the testing of a full stack application based on app engine?

Regards,
