to GWT, Spring and Hibernate Reference Web Application

hello all,

i m havin a module in which i require image to b uploaded, i m using
the file upload widget of gwt and then passin it to spring, but i have
2 que :

first:

the formpanel is not gettin linked to servlet

second:

can i implement the file upload witout usin MVC...
