What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the GWT app with gwt-html-editor in Mozilla

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: WYSIWYG editor with Icons
But I see WYSIWYG W/O Icons

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.1.4 on Windows

Please provide any additional information below.

Icons for all the operations are not visible.
