1. Open a new instance of the editor.
2. Create a bulleted list with 3 or 4 levels and save.
3. Open the saved view.

The expected output is the list, with as levels as you inserted. But you
get a one level rendering.

The google editor inits with a <div></div> and when a bulleted list is
inserted between that, it gets broken.

The project is not active (consider http://ckeditor.com)... unless you want
to volunteer some time.
