What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Follow the wiki with 1.0.4 release
2. just launch your gwt app
3. get the following message on new instance of Editor()

What is the expected output?

[WARN] 404 - GET /spacer.gif (127.0.0.1) 1396 bytes
...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Release is the 1.0.4.
Used on Windows XP.
