Bringing the replace branch to trunk and releasing 1.1

I think the replace branch is good enough to warrant a release, and
that many people are using it as it is, just waiting for a stable
release.
I intend to:
1. Merge the replace branch into default
2. Go through all issues targeted 1.1.0 (
http://code.google.com/p/gwt-presenter/issues/list?can=2&q=milestone=1.1.0&colspec=ID%20Type%20Status%20Priority%20Milestone%20Owner%20Summary
) , closing those which are resolved, fixing trivial ones, postponing
non-trivial ones.
If there are any outstanding issues which you feel block releasing 1.1
, please open a new issue, as I hope we can push 1.1 pretty soon.

All issues except Lazy loading of presenters (
http://code.google.com/p/gwt-presenter/issues/detail?id=3 ) have been
verified, and some minor code-level improvements added.
I think we're ready to go here.
