GWTP project creation problem through eclipse Kepler version

Hello!
I'm trying to create a GWT project and I'm a beginner . I've installed all the necessary plugins , but still while creating a new project it says configure app engine SDK or GWT sdk . I dont understand why, as i got what is needed .
I used the following update site for GWT plugin :

As I mentioned the problem is for GWT , but for same reason I think i'm not able to create GWTP project too ,
