Please Welcome Our New Maintainer: Alexander Vasilev

Everyone,

Please welcome Alexander Vasilev as the new maintainer of GWT on
Rails. This project was created some time ago as part of research I
was doing on cross platform applications in and out of the browser. I
have since moved on to other techniques in service of this goal and
this project has remained in place without being updated for new
versions of GWT and Rails.

Alexander expressed interest in maintaining the project as he is using
it on a few projects of his own. I believe this is the best way to
maintain a project -- by using it in real work. Thus, I am excited to
"turn over the keys" to Alexander.
