Support Immediate mode

Hi,

We use gwt-oauth2 to authenticate to our app that use Google Cloud Endpoints. The problem is that the user experience is not as good at it was before, when we was using raw servlet service layer and Cookie authentication (with Google Accounts). Now it keeps prompting user with a popup every time it needs to refresh the authorization token. The problem is described at this post on StackOverflow:

The guys from Endpoints answered that to avoid the popup every time to refresh token it needs to support immediate mode, as described at the documentation:

Is it possible to use immediate mode with gwt-oauth2 to get a fresh token without a popup?

I've added a comment to the SO question, but in short, gwt-oauth2 doesn't support immediate mode at this time (though, patches welcome)

I'd suggest instead wrapping the JS client which _does_ support immediate mode, it'll almost definitely be easier.
