DecoratedTabLayoutPanel - show scroll buttons

Hi,
I use DecoratedTabLayoutPanel and it works well excepting one thing.
The panel has fixed width and tabs added exceed this value. The
problem is that buttons used to scroll tabs aren't visible out of the
box, they appear only when one of the tabs is clicked. How to make
these buttons visible at once when tabs exceed the length of the
container?
