Strategic game development

Hello Sir,
I am doing Masters in computer Science.
I have one project to develop online Strategic games(Not much
animations) like Travian.
I need just rich and fast UI.
Can i go for gwt-mosaic.
I have seen its demo, and then i think, i will use mosaic libraries
with GWT.
I have seen mosiac demo and it was really fantastic.
Please answer as soon as possible.
