Building widgets for GWT Mosaic 2g

Hi,

this is an example that shows how easy is to create widgets for GWT
Mosaic 2g.

The widget is a progress bar widget (control for GWT Mosaic 2g). The
progress bar control is a combination of two Box controls (the Box,
Text and Image controls are primitive controls).
