Problem with adding gwt-log.jar

I want add gwt-log library to my GWT/GXT project. I did everything described in http://code.google.com/p/gwt-log/wiki/GettingStarted, but when I run project throws me exception:

Unable to find 'com/allen_sauer/gwt/log/gwt-log-DEBUG.gwt.xml' on your classpath; could be a typo, or maybe you forgot to include a classpath entry for source?

Its strange, because library is put in WEB-INF/lib folder and is added to build class path.

GWT version: 2.4

gwt-log version: 3.1.8

Did you update your application's .gwt.xml file to inherit the gwt-log module?
