how to make tool-tip titles for VectorObjects?

Hello everybody,
I'm in a need of a very simple thing, to show tips for Circle and Path
objects. It seems to me, that it's very natural desire, but, to my
surprise, I can not find anything on this subject in gwt-graphics :(
Does anybody know how to do this?
