Visualization Table vs GWT Table/DataGrid

It seems like the Table in the Visualization package is much less
mature, and doesn't follow the same pattern and has much less
functionality than the Tables provided by GWT. For example, I cannot
pin a row with the Viz Table. Why is this?

Will Table be quicker than the CellTable/DataGrid. It feels like it
would of made more sense to provide Viz Cells that match the Viz Table
functionality. Just asking, so I don't realize I'm shooting myself in
the foot later if I go with a more standard GWT Table.

The Visualization table is a JavaScript API that is just a simple way to easily integrate a  table view with your data.   Since it is a part of the API we added GWT wrappers to it.   It isn't a replacement for using a full featured framework.

Thanks for the reply... Would I expect the Visualization Table to be
better in some respect though (ie. performance)?
