Mouse Cursor Position

I hope not to have been wrong to post in this forum.

I need to know if it's possible to know the Mouse Cursor Position, x e
y value, also if the mouse don't move, every 2 seconds for examples.

If it's possible, in which way?

I think you can override 'mouse move handler' which is invoked once when moved and then use a timer with your defined scheduling delay. The timer simulates multi-threading client operations.
