How to set encoding on an EXT Form?

Hi,
I've two questions on form:

1) How do I set encoding on GWT EXT form like GWT FormPanel's
setEncoding()? Is don't see any similar method in GWT EXT Form or
FormActionConfig classes. Is this something that should happen via the
setParams() function?

2) What's the easiest way to add keyboard tab controls between Form
fields?
