i18nCreator java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "chmod"

I am trying to run i18nCreator command on windows 7 it is showing
following error

E:\workspace1\imc\test>i18nCreator -eclipse test
com.example.test.testConstants

Created file E:\workspace1\imc\test\src\com\example\test\client
\testConstants.properties
Created file E:\workspace1\imc\test\testConstants-i18n.launch
Created file E:\workspace1\imc\test\testConstants-i18n
java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "chmod": CreateProcess
error=2, The system cannot find the file specified

Please help me out!1

It seems you are running the Linux Distro of GWT. Be sure u are using GWT-windows-xxx!
