I think you can put it wherever you want, if you follow the example just
add it to a different panel at the end of onModuleLoad().

We are having the same issue. The debug panel is pushed off of the bottom
of the browser. I can still tab to it but I can't scroll. Anybody know
how to allocate a space for the debug panel?
