Preparing gwt-cal-0.9.3 release

Hi guys,

I'm planning to release a new gwt-cal-0.9.3 version in the next days.
If there's someone that wants to priorize an issue now is the time.

Right now these are the issues included:

I need a solution for issue 104: hide non-working hours.

Hi Angelo,

This one is quite a big change in the code, but I'll try to prioritize
it in the 0.9.4 version, since seems a cool feature.
