Increased compile time with GXT

I was wondering if anyone has tried to compile gwt-cal with other gwt libs?
Right now I'm using it with gwt 2.5.1 and GXT 3.0.1. I'm finding when I do a compile is takes a huge amount of time to compile and it never finishes.
It always run out of heap space. I know I can increase the memory, but I'm not really sure that will solve the problem. Other projects that I have simply using GXT and GWT compile just fine and in min.

I'm grasping at straws at this point and have no way of solving this.

I haven't tried with GXT. Nowadays I'm checking the upgrade to gwt 2.5.x and I'm playing with Vaadin to see how it works there.

Are you compiling with the jar or directly with the code inserted in your project?
