gwt-cal 0.9.4 does not support outlook theme? I get the following error if I change the theme to outlook:

Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Deferred binding failed for 'com.bradrydzewski.gwt.calendar.client.dayview.DayViewStyleManager'

Hi Ruchira,

The outlook theme was deprecated some years ago. The main problem was the lack of resources to maintain it. Now that outlook has a new and shiny theme, maybe someone can try to recover it ;)
