Small drawing issue with TabPanel

Hi,

I found that, at least with the current version (2.1.0.0), there is a small drawing issue with TabPanel.
This can easily be observed on the showcase site:

• Go to the "TabPanel Demo"
• Change the Tab Position to "Above"
• Activate any of the three middle tabs ("dropdownTab", "prost", "Custom Tab?")
• You will see that the separator line between the tabs and the content is always displayed for these tabs - even when they are active
  

On other Tab Positions than "Above" the lines are not shown.
I assume that this is not by design?

Thanks for your report.
Maybe your assumption is correct.
I guess it is process bug of creating adove design.

Could you add issue to github?
