Subject: Port Lands Community Consultation
Good afternoon,
I want to make sure you’re all aware that we have a community consultation scheduled for July 18. This meeting will people with an opportunity to learn more about the project and share their feedback with the team. You can find all the event details on Facebook. We hope that you’ll share this across your networks.
Our giant model of the future Port Lands will be back on display on July 18.
Location: St. James Cathedral Centre
65 Church St., Toronto, ON, M5C 2E9
Timing:
- 6:00 p.m.: Drop-in with displays and activity stations focused on the history of the Port Lands Flood Protection project, networks and connections (including roads and bridges), park programming and river and ecology.
- 7:00 p.m.: Presentation from project team
- 8:00 p.m.: Additional time to participate in activities or explore the model
There will be four activity stations to provide feedback to the teams about the designs. Project team members will also be there to answer your questions.
