Github, packages, etc

Unless anyone objects, I'm going to make the following changes:

 * Move both the gwizard and gwizard-example repositories to the Github organization /gwizard (which Jon and Steve you should have access to). Thus they will be:

https://github.com/gwizard/gwizard

https://github.com/gwizard/gwizard-example

 * Change the package and artifact id from com.voodoodyne.gwizard to org.gwizard, which I just registered.

It seems better to do this earlier rather than later. I believe it will take a few days because there is a manual process for sonatype to grant me access to be able to deploy to maven central.

I'll look at the new PR before making this move.

I just moved the two repos to github.com/gwizard.

I will make the package rename happen shortly - I hope nobody has any edits in progress.
