Auto Code Formatting

Standard code formatting is a real issue with this project for me, since this project is the only one that is slightly different.

I looked into a few auto-formatters, and ReSharper's seemed to be the best (thanks Omeg).

I've checked in a potential candidate "GwenNet.sln.DotSettings" for our auto-formatting. I think it needs a little work, but once everyone agrees on it, we can simply reformat the code every now and then to get things looking nice and clean. This also has the benefit of not forcing anyone to "set up the solution" (ie: As long as one of US has resharper, we're fine, and the end user isn't required to download any plugins/set up any macros), and we can casually reformat every few commits.
