Layout

Hi,

I've just been playing with this and it looks like a great head start on having a UI system for open TK

However I'm struggling with how the layout is suppose to work - you can set widths but then at render these are overwritten.  I'm happy to fix issues, but I could use some overview of how it's all suppose to work!
