In-Banner Video Element

Hi I've created a standard banner which has a small 5sec video (MP4) element in it. The banner even with the video element fits within the required size limit of 150kb. However, (before I develop the other sizes) will this get rejected by AdWords when I go to upload it?

Hi Emmy,

AdWords does not allow Video in the ad.
