I'm having the same problem from this thread: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/gwdbeta/IfAWTi7ojmk However
the solution—clearing the cache in the application support folder—did
not fix the problem. I'm on Mac OXS Yosemite 10.10.4.
GWD will
open, but I cannot create a new/blank file. After I hit OK it just
doesn't do anything. Creating a document from a template will work
though.

Also, I am trying to work on a network user account on a Mac at my workplace. My coworker tried installing this on his user account on a different computer and it did not work either. However, when I asked to try logging into the local admin account, GWD seemed to work normally.

Hi Kristen,
Please check out our latest build 1.5.0 to see if the problem still exists for you. We have added a few fixes for network drive and just wondering if it might fix the case with network user account. Please let us know.

Hello!
I have exactly the same problem. I'm using 1.5 on ElCapitan 10.11.1 (15B42). I'm also using a network account, however on my coworker's pc it's working as intended. I updated from 1.4 version.

Hi AV,
Did it work fine for you in the previous build 1.4 with the network account? We will look into trying to reproducing this using the network account. In the mean time, is it possible that you try the local user account to see if it works for you?
