How do you create a simple scrolling text panel and still have the ability to style the scroll bar?
I'm trying to build banners that have a lot of legal copy. Back in the good ol Flash days, this was super easy and had a ton of creative flexibility. How do I pull that off with in Google Web Designer.
The iFrame is clunky and cumbersome to use. Are there tricks to it?
