Hi all,

We are having problems trying to connect this banner to our product feed. Being dynamic, links are changing according to the product displayed of course.

So, I followed the instruction and included a Tap Area, no event, just the Dynamic is there: Exit override URL -> Product.0.url (I tried also with event and it doesnt work).

When I upload the banner in Adwords to test it, all other fields work, like name, description, subtitle, but it is not clickable at all.

Any chance to understand what I am doing wrong?

PS Also the gallery seems to give me problems, whenever I apply the gallery and test in Adwords, I get told the size is not correct.

Thanks.

Could you please attach your GWD source files instead of the published file?
What instructions did you follow? That sounds like the DoubleClick exit technique (bind to exit override).

For Adwords It's easy to start by using one of the Adwords Dynamic Remarketing templates built into GWD as they are already setup with proper exits and many also include the gallery component already!

If you created a new tap area, then select it and add a new event in the Events panel:
  Event > Tap Area > Touch/Click
  Action > Custom > gwd.exitAuto
click "Ok" to finish adding event

Make sure your tap area is the topmost layer in GWD.
