I created about 10 different ads, published them locally into ZIP files and they worked perfectly. Was able to use them just fine, now I tried going back in after a couple weeks to make some changes and none of them will open up.

I tried opening the HTML file and it says it cannot open HTML text format even though it has all assets in it.

What file in the project folder should I be reopening? I moved the location of the files from my desktop into my documents so I can't reopen based on previous projects due to moving them but now I can't open the zip files or anything in GWD

Thanks

I was able to open up the index.html file but now none of my images are showing up.
Do I actually have to go through each one and replace the images one by one?

When you published the file, the default publish setting is to flatten it, meaning all the assets are moved out of the assets folder and put next to the html file with link updated in the html file (a requirement for ads so we force it to be flatten for ad files).

We don't allow published files to be open as author file because of other reasons as well (file is minified for example).

Ater you move the author files to a different location, you should be able to open them in Google Web Designer as long as they are the author files. Did you see any error when opening them?

Thanks,
San
