My GWD web not working on the desktop browser

Hello,

I have created a GWD-Website.
On my Localserver (XAMP) works fine, but when I put it on my Web-server in the internet , it will be work only one time on the desktop browser. If I want a second time to run, I must reboot my PC.

In the mobile browser it works every time.

My GWD version is 2.0.5.0124
The website is www.kapitaly.de
I hope you can help me. I am frustrated.
