I tried rotating something179 degrees making a key frame then making another keyframe at 358. once it gets to 180 it starts to rotate the other dirtection. So I tried 4 key frames at 90, 180, 270, and 360 and same result at 180 it starts to rotate the opposite way. so whats the trick? I have a wheel on a car that i want to rotate 360 degrees and then loop it.

Hi,

We have had similar reports in the past. The issue is that the original CSS transforms spec defined this incorrect behavior. We worked with the Chrome team to update the spec and Chrome's implementation as part of https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=236018 and https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=235628.

However, these changes have not propagated to Firefox, IE, and the WebAnimations polyfill library GWD uses for animation scrubbing support at author-time.

I mentioned one workaround in https://groups.google.com/d/msg/gwdbeta/UNZwLz2oF5U/WvUZrF5V3lMJ that works correctly in all browsers.  Please let me know if that works.

Thanks,
Nivesh (GWD team)

What a pain! Is there some way to code it?

There should be a 0-360 degree setting, and a number of rotations like After effects for spinning objects.
