You are better off coding your own HTML and CSS to achieve this, GWD is not the tool for it

With you advocating that GWD is the tool for responsive design and without the use and CSS hacks, perhaps you would like to divulge on how to achieve this and assist this person and to assist the dozens of other users asking this question on this forum as well?

Just want to echo that this tool would be killer with the animation faculties and a grid / breakpoint system like Macaw or Edge Reflow. Otherwise, it's really hard to justify using it since you have to create multiple files for the various screen sizes that you're optimizing for.

I similarly find it confusing that the leading mantra for the project is "One idea. Any screen." but it fails really hard on recognizing that the web is fluid and that people are accessing web and native apps through an increasingly diverse number of devices.
