Auto generated long numbers - heavy banner size

Hello,

I made a banner, but index.html file is a bit heavy - 120kb.

I checked into it and I noticed that most of the file is css and there are something like auto generated long numbers which are not needed but they make file being bigger.

left: 0.095238097012043px;
top: -81.3333330154419px;
opacity: 0.999999940395355;

Is it possible to make the numbers look nice and maybe there are other tips how to reduce filesize (like not using anim easings or smthing)?
