how do I create a button on my webpage that when clicked redirects to a certain spot on another page?

Hi Ellen,

You can add a Tap Area Component and create an event for the Tap Area with Go To Page action from Events Panel. 

But the current events functionality would not take you to specific spot in animation on the other page. This might require some hand coding to do that.

We are working on new Events functionality to help you implement effects like you mention so please stay tuned!
