Can I loop a youtube clip in with my ad?

I'm creating an animated ad and the client wants to play a 4 second clip of their Youtube content at the beginning of the ad. There are subsequent animations as well (the whole ad takes about 12 seconds to run) and it loops infinitely. However, when the ad starts over, the Youtube video is locked on the last frame of the 4 second clip. Is there anyway to set up the instance of the video clip so that it starts when the animation loops?
