My HTML file suddenly corrupted yesterday

Hello, We are in the final stage of QA with an expanding Youtube Masthead project created in Google Web Designer. No issues until late yesterday when the file mysteriously would no longer load.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm attaching the file.

a little more info: The files will load in browser and work inside of Studio when I last published. However, I can no longer load the file in GWD. It freezes up the program. Has anyone experienced this issue? I really don't want to have to rebuild. It's a finished product. thanks again.

I look at your original file and notice that the following highlighted codes are placed inside the wrong tag:

We cannot have extra codes between the "gwd-pagedeck", "gwd-page" and the "gwd-page-content" tags, so I moved them inside the "gwd-page-content" tag and I can open the file in GWD. 

I have attached the fixed version of your file, can you try and open it?
