How do I create a Event Label

I am using the new beta Web Designer.  I would like to create an Event Label and followed the instructions here: https://support.google.com/webdesigner/answer/4597391?hl=en

But this did not work when I looked under Events, there was nothing regarding "label" or an "add label" icon.  When I click on the plus sign under events, it goes directly to creating an event.  

I would like to use this feature for the Gotoandplay event feature and attach it to a Label but cannot until I find out how to create the Label.

Hi,

The element needs to have an id attribute before you can add an Event to it, can you double check this in the properties panel? It might be helpful to follow the instructions for adding an event directly on stage. This way, when you right click on the element, you'll be prompted to enter an id.

I understand how to add an id attribute to an element but the question was how to Label the item on the timeline.  When adding an event, after you choose the Target, then the Event (which I chose Mouse>Click), when I choose "Timeline" and "gotoandplay" from the Action panel then "Page1" on the Receiver panel, on the Configuration panel, it has says "Label" with an empty drop down.  I want to know how to create the Label I want to reference on the Timeline.  That is the question.

Hi - 

To add an event label to the events track:

Click the timeline where you want to add the label, and click the Add label icon on the Events layer, or do the following:

1. Right-click the event track where you want to add the label and select Add label... from the pop-up menu
2. Enter a label name in the pop-up dialog.
3. Press Enter
