I created a pushdown banner from a template in google web designer.
when i test it by itself everything works great!

But once i load it through dfp so that it can appear on a test page it does not work.
When i click the button to make it expand it opens but you can't see the content.
it is stuck at it's original size and the content below does not get pushed down.

I do not understand the lack of support on google web designer and dip for this?

Can someone please help me.

you can see a live example here: https://www.lexpressproperty.com/dfp/pushdown/index.html

Thanks for any help.

P.s i use dfp small business as we can't get premium and i loaded the google web designer code as a custom come in dfp.

Hi,

We've checked in with the DFP team and while they are working on a full solution, they have created a way to simplify the HTML5 upload process for Small Businesses. Can you please check out the article they mentioned to me and let us know if this works for you: https://support.google.com/dfp_premium/answer/6335949

Note: The DFP team confirmed that this works for Small Business (and not just Premium :-)

thx!

Hi Jaz,

I just tried your solution and also in the meantime i managed to find another solution that was more complicated.

Your solution uploaded the file perfectly. i just have to see on our website if it interacts nicely with the website content when doing the pushdown.

I was wondering if the pushdown will work on any website or does a developer need to modify the code to interact with each website.

Also do you know if the pushdown will only work in synchronous tags or also in asynchronous?
