Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I've made a page with a number of different audio samples on it. I have it so that when an 'ghost' button is pressed a specific audio file plays. The problem I have is that I can't figure out how to get the file to stop playing, this results in a number of different audio files playing over each other until they all stop. I realise I could display the audio controls then I'd have a play/pause button but that's not really what I'm after.
Any help would be brilliant

Thanks a lot in advance

Dicky

If you're using the gwd Audio component, you could use the pause() method on it.

Hi

On the support page you can read about the pause event.  But if you test this in GWD there is no pause event, but a paused event. This means this event will fire WHEN the audio is paused. Richards problem is that he can't pause the music, am I right Richard?

Hi guys
Thanks for your replies, I've actually sorted this in a round about way, I'm now triggering each audio file with a 'replay' event but on a touch area, however I've also added a 'stop' event for every other audio file on the page so that they will appear to play 'exclusively'
Thanks again
