URL use Tap area, touch/click not working on mobile

I use tap area - touch/click - exit-ad to create event click banner. It's OK on desktop.
BUT ON MOBILE, It's not working. (I tested with Iphone 5S, Iphone 6S, SamSung Galaxy S6).

I think it seems a bug. Please check file attached and feedback to me if you are not clearly. Tks so much!

Hi ,

I'm unable to reproduce this issue. I tried the attached file in iPhone 6s ,7 (10.2) and SamSung Galaxy S3. 

Can you try one more time and see if it works for you ? If not can you please let me know the OS version # ?

Same problem here. The tap area is not working on mobile.

Another problem, that in chrome the target is _self. How can I set it to _blank?

Hi,

Can you make sure your TapArea is on Top layer in Timeline ?

1. Open your Ad in GWD 
   
2. If your file is in Quickmode switch to Advanced mode.
   

3. Click the Advanced mode icon . Each scene will be converted into a set of keyframes that preserves your animation.
   

4. Move TapArea as a Top most layer.

Thanks for sending us your file.It was really easy to debug the issue. 

Please make sure to add Touch/Click  Event for exit ad instead of Mouse>Click
