In the version 1.9.0.0619, shell 1.5.0, Google Web Designer calculates the screen size and sets the zoom value automatically. However, due to different display settings with different monitors, the UI might appear too large on some machines. Please following this help article to reset the zoom value back to 100%.

We are sorry for the issue.

Thanks,
San

Windows Icon -> Execute -> regedit
In regedit, find this path of "HKEY" :
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Web Designer\Settings

Better instructions for Windows users:

1. Click the Start bar, type exactly: regedit
2. Click the application that launches as Best Match
3. Click yes to the popup that asks if you want regedit to make changes
4. In regedit, on the left there is a folder structure. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT USER > Software > Google > Web Designer > Settings
5. Right click in a blank space on the right, and choose New > DWORD (32-bit) Value
6. Where it says "New Value #1", replace this with zoom_percentage
7. Right click on this, and choose the first option, Modify...
8. For Value, enter 50
9. Quit and load GWD. If the UI is too small or too large, adjust the 50 to another number between 0 and 100, and reload GWD.
