How to add HTML 5 animated banner from Google Web Designer beta to WordPress?

I have tried many many things and nothing works:

- iframe (this sucks)
- Google drive embed
- Pasted full html5 code
- Used plugin to paste custom CSS/JS separate from the HTML5 code to overcome WP security issues
- Used ads management plugins for adsense
- Turned the ad into an html5 video (webm, mp4, ogv), but it doesn't autoplay on mobile

This really sucks,

Did you find a solution in the end? I'm trying to solve the same problem, but haven't been able to Google up an answer.
