jQuery animation in my gwd banner

Hi,

I have the following problem: I need to load jQuery CDN in my banner, in order to loading an animation in it. 

If I opened the published banner my animation doesn't work, if I open it from the preview of GWD it works perfectly - attached there is the project file

Is there something wrong?
