Publish to DoubleClick Studio Error: could not upload files

Hello,

I am having some issues while trying to publish a banner using dynamics.

The error is always the same: "Publish to DoubleClick Studio Error: could not upload files"

I performed a test, in order to exclude a Dynamics issue, by creating a plain banner and trying to upload it to my account. I am still getting the same error.

I believe it is a matter of my account but don't know really.

I need help because we are rushing with my customers!

Hi Enrique,

We checked the account on Studio and it doesn't have any creative yet.  Can you please try publish locally, then upload it to Studio and see if that works for you?  Please let us know.

In my case it was because I hadn't replaced the default profileID in the code with my own profile ID. 

Enabler.setProfileId(1044320);//replace number with your own profile ID
