Getting G+ button working on my website

I can only get the G+ button working on my homepage. It doesn't work on any other pages.

This is the code I added to my header.php file

Any ideas?

I cannot understand because if have put it in header then how can it come because header part is same. It should work. I have checked and found no error in coding. I will check it again and let you know.
