Video on iPad 2 issue

I'm working on an in app video interstitial but it failed Doubleclick QA for the video not playing and only a black background appearing. This only occurs on iPad 2 + iOS 6.1.3

So did a few tests with some of DoubleClicks' videos and tested with our iPad 2 here. Same issue happens with this content too.

Is there an issue then with GWD and it's video player?
