How fix errors "studio is not defined" and "Enabler is not defined"?

I try to start use Google Web Designer. I download latest GWD (Ubuntu 12.04, x64). I use that tutorial - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=56u1v3LsI-k

I create empty document, add my "logo" image and click Preview. But there is blank page in browser, and in firebug two errors:

ReferenceError: studio is not defined
file:////tmp/google_web_designer_temp_files/1813301476_1413100419782352/gwd-preview/index.html

ReferenceError: Enabler is not defined

What is it? How fix?

When you created the file, did you choose the environment DoubleClick? https://support.google.com/webdesigner/answer/4418598
If so, then when you published, did you choose Publish to Studio and upload this Publish file? https://support.google.com/webdesigner/answer/6000811

Sorry, it was my fault. It didn't work in Firefox, because it blocked loading of Enabler.js from external source.

I'm getting the "Enabler not defined", when previewing on Firefox. I'm using the double-click environment but publishing locally.

Hi David,

If your browser is set to browsing privately, Preview might not work in a private window. Can you please double check? You can try preview in a regular browsing window or try turning off "Tracking Protection" for the private window (if you are using Firefox).

Are you hosting your own ads on your site?  If so, did you try creating the ads using "Non-google ad" environment instead of DoubleClick?
